Jenny Tyler Pilates

Jenny Tyler
I qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 1990 and worked at FASIC sports medicine clinic from1997 to August 2024. Exercise has always played a huge role in my work and in 2003 I trained with Body Control Pilates and starting teaching mat classes. I am also fully trained on reformer, cadillac, tower and chair.
Since I retired as a physio I am now fully self employed and I teach 1:1 or 1:2 sessions in my small home studio and have live and Zoom mat and HIP Pilates group classes each week. However, I am managing to find a balance to include "doing" more Pilates myself, playing more golf and enjoying a bit more me time!
I also work for Body Control Pilates teaching a Pilates for Golfers and Pilates for swimmers course a couple of times a year.
I strongly believe that exercise is a key component of a healthy lifestyle and Pilates balances the physical and mental aspect of this. And I may be biased but it's also really good fun!
